We are delighted that our brand new Autism Resource Hub, 'The Discovery Zone', opened in September 2022.
This special setting, on site and closely connected to our mainstream provision, is led by Ms Lee Stanbury, our Specialist SEND Teaching and Learning Assistant, and Ms Val Mascoll, our SEND Teaching and Learning Assistant.

Our belief is that all children should have the support, strategies and resources they require to be successful. Good practice for SEND children is good practice for all. Therefore this special setting, resourced with all the sensory and physical equipment required for our children to learn and grow together, is available to all children but retains a particular focus on supporting our children with Autism.
Our children receive bespoke sensory and physical diets that are tailored to their specific needs. We run a range of high-quality interventions and support groups to support our children with Autism in accessing the mainstream curriculum. We design our provision with the children at heart, and base it on their interests and passions.
