Year 5 is an exciting year, with lots of great learning challenges and opportunities.
In Jaguar Class, we take pride in our learning and are motivated to do our best. We enjoy exploring our creative side through activities in drama and art. We learn about ourselves in PSHE and explore the world around us in science. We enjoy working as a team in Jaguar Class, and practise this through PE with new games and sports skills.
Throughout the year, we study a range of exciting topics, beginning with Immigration and Industries within London in term 1. Later on, we study fine art; climate change; outer space; London Underground; and learn about keeping fit and healthy. We improve our research skills by preparing presentations and exciting projects to show what we have learned in our new topics.
