We are Lion Class!

In Lion Class, we teach Literacy, Mathematics and Guided Reading each day, and enjoy pushing ourselves to achieve our best in these subjects.
Lion Class enjoy learning about our different Curriculum pathways, and love to explore these topics in detail - either through our own research, or by engaging with Educational Visits to important places around London and our local area.
This year our big questions are:
- Are you only free when you can do what you want?
- What makes a good play?
- Is it too late to prevent climate change?
- Invaders and Settlers - Vikings and Anglo-Saxons
- How has London changed after challenges?
- Is the brain the most important organ?
This year, we offer children the opportunity to take part in a residential visit to Broadstone Warren. Here they will have the chance to explore different environments, complete team-building activities, and generally have a fun time! We are really looking forward to the opportunity.
We have P.E. lessons on Friday, and we look at a different sport each term: Football, Rugby, Gymnastics, Tennis, Cricket and Athletics.
Each week, we also have R.E., Science, PSHE and Art lessons. We also have a specialist Music teacher on Thursdays.
